Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 18, 2025

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. Here's how order cancellations work at Awtog:

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been packed or shipped. To cancel:

• Call or email us immediately with your Order ID.
• We'll verify the status and cancel it if it's still pending dispatch.

Orders are typically processed within 6–12 hours of placement, so early cancellation is recommended.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse the delivery when it arrives or request a return after delivery (based on our Return Policy).

3. Prepaid Order Refunds

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. COD Order Cancellations

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you can either:

• Cancel before dispatch via email/phone, or
• Refuse delivery when the order arrives.

5. Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled by our system if:

• There’s a payment failure (for prepaid orders).
• The delivery address is incomplete or unserviceable.
• You’ve not responded to order confirmation (if requested).

6. How to Request a Cancellation

Email us at support@awtog.in or call us with:

• Your full name
• Order ID
• Phone number used while placing the order

We will confirm the status and inform you whether the cancellation was successful.
