We at Awtog want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Items such as personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
• Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective).
• Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@awtog.in with your order details and reason for return. Once approved:

• We will schedule a reverse pickup through our courier partner (Delhivery).
• Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item passes our quality check.

5. Refund Timeline

Refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days after the return is approved and processed. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to your original payment method.

6. Shipping Charges

Return shipping is free if the product delivered is defective or incorrect. For all other cases, return shipping charges may apply.
